Arrives when the challenge primitive lands

The challenge

The people most worth hiring are increasingly not applying to anything. They are building, contributing, and being found through work rather than through job boards — and the further that goes, the less a posting reaches anyone exceptional. Meanwhile you have real problems that would genuinely interest them, and the only channel you have been given is an advert that describes a role instead of a challenge.

What it does about it

Now imagine meeting people by watching them work on your actual problem. The Co-creator puts a real challenge in front of students who genuinely fit it, runs it, and keeps a record of what each of them made — so you are choosing between people you have seen think, not people who were good at applying.

How it works

It reaches students on genuine fit rather than on reach, and what each of them makes is saved to their own record as they go. A sponsored challenge appears as an opportunity and can never influence a verdict — a boundary that is enforced, not promised.

What you get

People you have watched actually work on your own problem, rather than people who were good at applying. It reaches students through their own Opportunity Scout, and what they build is saved by their Portfolio Keeper — so the challenge leaves them better off whether you hire them or not.
