The challenge

Opportunity has never been more available or more badly distributed. The scholarships, competitions and programmes that change a trajectory are mostly open to anyone — and mostly found by people who already knew where to look. Which quietly means the advantage goes to whoever has a well-connected family, not to whoever was most capable. So the scholarship you would have won, the internship you were built for, the competition with your name written all over it, all close while you are busy being a student. Nobody hid them from you. Nobody told you either.

What it does about it

How it works

It matches an opening against what you can actually evidence — your level, your field, what your documents already prove — rather than against a keyword. That is why what reaches you is filtered on whether you would genuinely stand a chance, and why the fit sharpens as your file grows.

What you get

The doors you were qualified for, brought to you while they are still open — so what you get depends on what you can do rather than who you happen to know. It reads your Profiler and Analyst to know what you could win, and the challenges it brings you are often posted by an employer's own Co-creator.
