The challenge
Eighteen years of being taught what to know, and not one hour on how to take a problem apart. That was survivable when facts stayed useful for a career. It is not survivable now: the specific knowledge ages faster every year, and the machines are extremely good at the part you were graded on. What does not age is the ability to reason — to break something open, invert it, work out what would have to be true. It is the one thing that will still be yours in twenty years, and it is the one thing nobody taught you.
What it does about it
Now imagine having someone to think with — not to answer for you, but to teach you how to take a problem apart. The Thinker walks you through real frameworks on your own questions, and keeps what you concluded, so the way you reason becomes something you can actually show.
How it works
It works on your own questions rather than on set exercises, and what you conclude is kept with the reasoning attached. Because it lands on the same file the rest of your team reads, the way you think stops being invisible and starts being something your story can show.
What you get
A way of thinking that outlasts every syllabus — and, unusually, a record showing you can do it. What you conclude lands on the same file your whole team reads, so your reasoning becomes part of the story your Narrator can tell.
